How It Works: The Refill System

At Home + Planet, we’ve made refilling as easy as buying new-without the plastic waste. Here is how you can join the movement:

We love your containers! To ensure the safety and quality of our products, please follow these guidelines for outside jars and bottles:

• Clean & Dry: All containers must be thoroughly cleaned and completely dry. Moisture can cause certain natural products (like our Castile Soap) to spoil or become cloudy.

• Food-Free: For your safety, we cannot refill containers that previously held food items unless they have been sanitized in a dishwasher.

• The ‘Tare’ Process: We will weigh your empty container before we fill it. This ensures you only pay for the product you’re getting—not the weight of your bottle!

• Liability: Home + Planet Refillery is not responsible for any reactions or product issues caused by contamination from an outside container or for any breakage of personal glass brought to our booth.

• Labeling: We will provide a small identification sticker for any non-branded bottles so you always know exactly what’s inside.
